What Can I Expect?
The Ethel Rose House of Refuge is a monitored recovery sober house that promotes recovery through self-effectiveness and self-determination. Guests who are serious about learning to develop a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle are held accountable to participate in their own recovery. The Ethel Rose House will maintain a respectful environment that fosters growth, empowerment, and self-determination. Guests will be required to take mandatory drug & alcohol screening tests. Guests will be responsible to purchase and prepare their own meals. Random room inspections will be conducted by the house manager. During that inspection, any drugs, paraphernalia, or weapons are found, guests will be asked to leave immediately. Compliance with the sober house is mandated for all guests. Those found in non-compliance will be asked to leave immediately.
